Training 2x per Week

Learn the basic components of a safe and effective fitness program and begin to enjoy the benefits exercise can provide.

Training 1x per Week

Designed for those who have self-motivation and a good working knowledge base of fitness training, but still need or want some coaching and guidance.


Complete Fitness Evaluation

Each of our programs includes a medical history screening, body circumference measurements, flexibility assessment, blood pressure and resting heart rate check, postural assessment, musculoskeletal and fitness screenings, and condition-based functional assessments. This ensures you get the program that is perfect for you.
